WHY YOU ARE NOT ( NOR IS YOUR BODY) IN COMPETITION WITH ANYONE

WHY YOU ARE NOT ( NOR IS YOUR BODY) IN COMPETITION WITH ANYONE

QUESTIONS TO START CONVERSATION:

Will you stop insulting yourself through cheapened comparison?

Will you make a list of what makes you unique?

Will you believe that no one else has the life you will live?

Will you take ownership over your control of comparison?

3 METHODS TO HALT COMPARISON:

1). Gratitude.

2). Horse blinders + personal responsibility.

3). Remind yourself that you are not in competition with anyone.

You can admire the beauty of others’ grass doesn’t diminish or compete with the beauty of your own. Two beautiful flowers can be different, but still be two beautiful flowers at the same time.

We are equal and incomparable.

IT’S OKAY TO BE UNHPAPY WITH YOUR LAWN

…it’s not okay to ignore it and not do anything about it.

You can cut comparison from your life by showing up daily as your best self and by attempting to grow in areas that you most need growth.

QUESTION FOR DISCUSSION / REFLECTION:

To believe you are unique and have greatness to offer the world, you need to get used to speaking highly of yourself. I want everyone who watches this video – live or the replay – to share with us in the comments 5 amazing things about YOU that YOU do well and are part of your gifting in life.
