HOW TO DO WHAT FEELS GOOD FOR YOUR BODY TO FEEL GOOD

HOW TO DO WHAT FEELS GOOD FOR YOUR BODY TO FEEL GOOD

Follow the Dietary Freedom Principle >

  1. Permission
  2. Pleasure
  3. Patience

I spent years trying to force my body into a mold – to punish it / control it / force it – the fear of not being able to maintain it caused me great anxiety. Freedom is the key; it is the answer. Freedom births self-trust.

How do you create self-trust around food if you don’t trust yourself / your discipline?

Listen to your body. (It’s less about discipline than you think)
Thank your body.
Respect your body.
Love your body – stop wishing it away or as an exchange.
Increase your self-care.
Tell yourself you are trustworthy.
Pay attention to what makes you feel good and what doesn’t.

Question for Discussion:

What do you do around food that doesn’t make you feel good and that you are ready to change?
